Successful building requires an understanding of the changing needs brought about by your family’s fluctuating size and situations throughout the years. This requires a contractor for your project who notices and appreciates the diversity of a client’s needs, while addressing the building and design process.

Mark Hilton, the owner of Hilton Construction, has been in the building industry for 15 years. His family trade was in electrical contracting, which is where Mark first learned about the contracting business. He realized early on that in order to be successful in this business, he would need to master a variety of contracting skills including carpentry and framing, finish work, furniture/built-ins, flooring install, tile install, painting, and plumbing. Having this knowledge and many years of experience, Mark plans to continue his contribution to quality building and excellent design, while looking forward to many years of serving the community.

Megan Lee brings 10 years of interior design and housing experience to Hilton Construction. She is actively pursuing a doctorate degree at Oregon State University in Housing Studies, and is interested in further researching and helping to build residential environments for aging populations and community growth. Megan understands the concern of tomorrow’s generation, and will continue to acknowledge the unique and diversified needs of all clients.
